Yet another lie it appears to me.

Obama and Crew once never anticipated a Taliban video of the swap.

They are kinda like The Gang Who Couldn't Shoot Straight.

He looks like a guy who still has his head attached, which is uncommon for GIs who are captured there.

No. Assuming that it's not all made up, one would think in order for them to make those claims they'd have intelligence claiming that he's very ill.

That is precisely what Carney has said multiple times in interviews in the last two days. I saw it out of his mouth last night on Anderson Cooper.

The obvious lie that the urgency was over his health tends to lead me to believe the timing of the whole deal was to take the VA scandal and EPA regulations out of the news - which it successfully did.

Also, did they shave his head or did he do so to appear not to have converted to Islam when he returned home? Strange that his appearance is less disturbing than his father's in these circumstances.
The father's appearance is way less disturbing when you read about why he did it. Kinduv cool actually.

I watched the retired Marine aviator's assessment of the actual handover. The two Americans on the outside have something in their outer hand. What do they have? They seem to be gripping something. Then when they turn to go back to the helicopter, the two outside men swap sides so that hand stays on the outside.

And the American with Bergdahl takes the plastic bag and drops it on the ground. They wanted to be sure he couldn't blow up the ride home. I bet those pilots were puckered.

Note: Carney has repeatedly said that the reason this deal was done the way it was done was due to intel which said he had rapidly deteriorating health.

Consider the source. Has there been anything Carney told us that was accurate?

That guy sounded like he was trying to spin the situation.

1. He said Bergdahl didn't know he was to be freed. He does not know this as fact. Bergdahl has his bag with him. He knew he was going somewhere.

2. He was telling us what the terrorists were saying to Bergdahl, when he has absolutely no clue. He was literally making up the narrative.

3. Bergdahl's father claimed his son could no longer speak English. He seemed to be conversing just fine with the Americans who picked him up.

4. It is clear the Americans in the helicopter did not trust Bergdahl.

If you can't refute the story, attack the people discussing it. So tolerant of you.
