Im not a lawyer, I don't know if there's anything the DOJ can do about this....
If not, it's up to the Minnesota state voters.
But hey, if Minnesota voters had their heads screwed on right, we wouldn't be having this conversation.
This should be a lesson for all Americans. But, sadly the lost and cowardice progressives in blue states do not have the ability to remove their heads from thier asses.

I always thought that DEMs were smarted than that - writing it down is an invitation for investigation.
