They are not an independent organization. Beside the point, though. In a technical, legal sense of "rights" as you adhere to, it's very tricky. That's why it still occurs, there's no easy way to stop it. But there's a big difference between a right, and being right. I don't think it's right. Obviously it's hard to prove a violation of rights in a legal sense, that's why it still occurs. But it ain't right. It's deceitful and manipulative. That's my opinion of the situation.
