If trump was a lightweight “in every respect” as you allege, wouldn’t he be a lightweight in getting primary votes? Clearly he is not and therefore not a “lightweight in every respect”, You dumb idiot.

lazy trite cliches are all you can come up with when you get absolutely owned.

You are in this thread crying about the elite getting to keep more of their own money. That is the definition of a populist. You really need to learn more about the buzzwords you love to throw out.

No he wouldn't have.

Trump shut down the government over spending and eventually gave in. Desantis would have given in even sooner. Desantis is a career politician. He is not going to do anything to harm the system he has spent his whole life trying to be a part of.

He would roll over like Johnson. Desantis doesn't have the money or balls to fight the uniparty. His campaign told you that if you just bothered to pay attention.

Roger, I’ve never disagreed that Trump is not to be confused with a traditional conservative.

That acknowledged, where exactly, were the traditional conservatives between around 1989 though 2016?

There’s a reason Trump’s message attracted people and it’s not because conservatives were being wildly successful for about 25 years.

Instead of being pizzed off at people who finally grew tired and looked at an alternative, why aren’t conservatives looking in the mirror and asking self-reflective questions about why they lost their voice with the voters?

Doesn’t change the fact you want to tax the wealthy and not “let” then keep their money. You feel entitled to it. You’re a populist.

If every single person worth 50 million or more in the US died today the tax receipt gain from the estate tax exemption not doubling would be 450 billion. That is less than half of the spending bill Johnson passed that you defend.

You’re an uneducated ignorant hypocritical moron that needs to blame the elite for the problems in your life.

I'll repeat this for the 100th time. If you need pictures, I can draw them.

Telling you what your future holds isnt "advocating" Che, its warning you of what will happen.

Massive tax increases are inevitable because we are addicted to spending.

I’ll be just fine. Thanks for your concern. I notice you left the math I did for you out of your reply. Wouldn’t want pesky facts getting in the way of your crusade to plunder from the rich simply because someone died.

You'll be confused, as you have no clue what the fiscal mechanisms are.

I’ll be just fine. Trump already hooked me up. Sounds like you’re fricked, though. No wonder you’re a populist.

So lazy and trite. Your need to put everyone who doesn’t agree with you into the same little box is indicative of a limited capacity.

Trump was such a bad arse. He dominated the Dems every single day. Trump won so much, we all got tied of winning.

I mean…he was so awesome we have fewer Republicans at the local, state, and federal levels than any time in history. So much winning.

Trump was such a bad arse controlling spending he made Obama jelly.

Trump was such a bad arse he dominated Fauci during COVID.

Trump never rolled over or got played because he was so strong. And if he did get played it was part of Trump playing 4-d chess.

Yes he would. Biden is running a projected $1.5 trillion deficit in 2024. DeSantis would have to be a total fiscal clown, like Trump, to not beat that number.
