It's more about how far criminal immunity extends to Presidents and, possibly, if that immunity applied to Trump's actions (although that decision may be forced back via remand).

The "impeachment" discussion is mostly found on message boards, and it was also made with respect to the 14A case decided yesterday. Amount of words in the actual decision used to discuss that internet argument? 0.
