Well. They have a good bit of food and water. They still import about 30,% of their food, despite being the largest nation on earth.
As for ammo? They ran out of artillery shells and bought 5 million from North Korea. And they can't manufacture long range drones, so they're buying 300 a month from Iran
As for money: They went to the bond market earlier this month. They can't buy Euros or USDs. So they tried to float a GO Ruble bond. But there was almost no market. The discounts came back through the roof. So they canceled the issuance.
So yeah. They're running out of money as well.
