This is actually the most sense Biden has made in his entire political career.
I'm not sure it's a great play to advertise it.
Trump is supposed to be the law and order candidate.
You can quibble about the term super predator but again, Biden was on the right side then.

That’s more damning in context. That’s not Joe quoting somebody; it reflects his own actual beliefs.
