Feel free to go into why some sheriff in Santa Barbara needs to look at the data from the ALPRs I pass through, five miles from the Interstate, and know how many Bluetooth devices I had in my car or on my person, recording their fingerprints, and tracking my movement.
If ALPRs are so awesome, why are there still amber and silver alerts all over freeways? The easiest crimes to solve since the license plates are plastered on the notices, right? Especially as I see them in Houston from towns 200 miles or more away.

Not my fault that your ability to coherently communicate is seriously lacking. Maybe it's you that needs a better education
