I’ve also seen claims the bill increases the deficit. This lie is based on a CBO accounting gimmick. Income tax rates from the 2017 tax cut are set to expire in September. They were always planned to be permanent. CBO says maintaining *current* rates adds to the deficit, but by definition leaving these income tax rates unchanged cannot add one penny to the deficit. The bill’s spending cuts REDUCE the deficit against the current law baseline, which is the only correct baseline to use.
You'll believe anything if you believe this

I’m all for tax cuts, but we have a lot of spending and the incremental cuts are vote buying rather meaning cuts that will drive productivity/investment. There needs to be Medicare work requirements effective tomorrow, reduced Medicare funding percentage to states, keep salt at 10k, and none of this vote buying crap: tax on tips, no tax on overtime, child tax credit, car loan interest write off.
Once you do the above you never can get it back, and we are already at a place where some 50% have an effective 0% federal income tax burden.

Gimmick? So you want them to score based on your "intent" rather than what was legislated?

Obamacare should have taught everyone that the CBO can't really be trusted as some arbiter of truth.

MAGA has no concept of the playing field. If you think he voted for Biden, you probably take it up the arse from your boyfriend every night.
Its amazing how emotional you people have become.
