Habeas corpus won’t be suspended. No need to really go on about it. But it’s hilarious at all of rhe “oMG!! Police state!! Reeeeee!!!” Are now coming out of the woodwork when just a few years ago everyone was “science deniers” and were “mass murderers” if they didn’t capitulate to set aside the first amendment.
