COLUMBIA, S.C. (WSPA) – South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson has filed with the Supreme Court of the United States and asked to block the Biden administration’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) mandate.

According to the AG’s office, this is a result of the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals’ decision to lift a stay that required companies with 100 or more employees to get vaccinated.

A.G. Wilson, 26 other states and a list of companies and organizations filled the appeal just before 1 a.m. Saturday, officials said. This happened a few hours after the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals lifted the stay.

So how does this work? Doesn't one SC Judge take the filing and decide what to do with it? If so, how is that selected and what is the timing?

I believe I read Kavanaugh is the one assigned to sixth circuit and he can either decide himself or ask the whole bench

He needs to put a stay on it ASAP...

The wheels are a turning again. New mandate is Jan 10 for masking and Feb 10 for testing or vax. Companies starting to collect status in the next few days.

Brandon is pumping the mandate because of the new 6th circuit ruling and new cases despite the fact that we remain on a downward trend for deaths:

All irrelevant... American's either have the freedom to choose whether or not they have a medical procedure or not.

Circumstances don't matter.

The government should not be allowed to force medication on it's citizens. It needs to be cut and dry.

Exactly... The US wants to stomp out AIDS. They deem every American has to take the AIDS pill.

What about TB medication? TB is very contagious unless you take the medicine. When I lived in Alabama (1980s) if you didn't take your meds the state could put you in jail to insure that you were taking them.
