I'm for this. Starbucks has a great tuition reimbursement program as well. Maybe these refugees can start taking industry jobs from most of the idiots on this board.

I never understood why any retail company would take such a stand on a issue like this that would alienate 1/2 of its potential customers?

A lot of people out there are not islamaphobic like they are down south. I was in Philly this past week and saw a few women wearing head scarves working at the local coffee shop. No one I was with seem to mind. It's a great job for immigrants, helps with human interaction and getting over language barriers.
