The problem is the two boys are special education as well so nobody knows what to do..

I do. You kill them. Not only will they never be a benefit to society, they will be a detriment. I don't care what your "special needs" are. You rape someone, you die.

And the bus driver needs to be handed over to prison gangs so he can raped for a while. Then you kill him too. It is bullshite that we continually let menaces to society off the hook. If you can't at a minimum not harm others, then you get removed from society. It's really not that hard.

Everybody on that bus besides the victim needs to get their arse beat.

I think being raped, would be more educational for those offenders. True 'education/rehabilitation' as it were.

My 4yo is starting kindergarten in August and is due to ride the bus.

Seriously, don't let your kid ride the bus. All the trashiest kids ride the bus. I was an innocent child until I rode the bus. My parents would have a heart attack if they knew what I experienced on there. I grew up in a better time so there weren't assaults, but if you want your 4 year old to learn about sex, cursing, and everything else you try to protect him/her from, then let him/her ride the bus.
