1. Pull out of NATO. Watch them scatter like roaches when the lights come on.
2. Keep our bases in the EU & UK.
3. Fly where ever we want.
Spain is a low-resource country that's withering under a decade of drought. Aside from tiny oranges and decent wine, they produce almost nothing of value to the rest of the world. They're running a tourism-driven economy in a country that's increasingly hostile to tourists.
Good luck with that.

I wonder how much our naval base in Rota adds to their economy. I would imagine that it is an enormous amount.
