Sowell comments on the rioting

I bet that's AI, not Sowell.
Sowell is, by far, the most influential person in my life when it comes to my worldview on economics and politics. He's slowed way down, speaking wise, over the last decade or so. That sounds like Sowell from the early 2000's and before.

That said, I bet Sowell agrees w/ every bit of it.

I am unfamiliar - and therefore untrusting - in the 'artificial intelligence' phenomenon.
Does this present a legitimate condensation of Sowell's past statements or a projection of what he could be expected to say in today's environment?
I hesitate to recommend this to others without better understanding of its legitimacy.
