Someone explain to me why Turtle can't just have a roll call ASAP?

Whenever the procedural Q&A and presentation is over, why can't he just call for a vote?

Schumer can Force a bunch of votes and tie up time. Should be over Monday or Tuesday

McConnell is hung up on Senate rules. He won't do anything without an algorithm that is strictly adhered to.

I for one prefer our Congress to follow the Constitution, don't you?

Just because Pelosi and her merry band of fricksticks shite all over the Constitution doesn't mean the Republicans should do the same.
