This obviously results in improving the Integrity of Vital Records. Democrat politicians are extremely upset, lost, wondering how they allowed this to happen.

These improvements reflect the first time SSA has undertaken a record-integrity initiative of this magnitude and marks a significant step toward strengthening the SSN system for the American public.

BREAKING: The Social Security Administration confirms to @FoxNews that it has just undertaken its largest cleanup of Social Security Numbers in the agency's 91-year history, correcting nearly 15% of all U.S. citizen SSNs (roughly 50 million out of 330 million). The changes include:
- Adding 17 million dates of death to files that previously didn't have them w/ help from State Dept.
- With help from DHS, updating 25 million files that had missing citizenship information.
- Correcting an additional 8.5 million records with inaccurate citizenship data.
SSNs are referenced by agencies across the federal government and in states to validate identities and prevent improper payment of tax dollars.

It would be great if this would automatically update all state registries tied to these Social Security numbers as well.
Seems like the fraud would reduce dramatically as well

SSA is currently in the process of correcting an additional 8.5 million records with inaccurate citizenship status.
What does this mean, specifically?

It means they found 8.5 million records with inaccurate citizenship status and they are correcting that. Is that specific enough for you or should we start defining all of the words for you and explaining how they relate to one another within the single sentence you apparently do not understand?

I would love to know how long it took to cross reference for the correct information.

My question makes it clear that this is not specific enough

Man, if that's the case your ability to understand the English language is worse than I had thought.
