Walking in a public building and taking selfies with cops or just looking around is NOT disorderly conduct. When someone opens the door and holds it open for you to enter, it is NOT unlawful entry.

Yep. It is. Sorry. Its not disingenuous to post the black letter of the law bud. They clearly "paraded, demonstrated, or picketed" in the Capitol building.
Not to mention, the whole Capitol building was closed to the public by the Capitol Police.
18 U.S. Code § 1752 - Restricted building or grounds
(a)Whoever—
(1)knowingly enters or remains in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority to do so;
(c)In this section—
(1)the term “restricted buildings or grounds” means any posted, cordoned off, or otherwise restricted area—
(B)of a building or grounds where the President or other person protected by the Secret Service is or will be temporarily visiting; or
(C)of a building or grounds so restricted in conjunction with an event designated as a special event of national significance; and

They pushed a little too far. Babbitt fricked around and found out from capital police and the rest immediately pissed themselves and left.
