The FISA warrant was not based heavily on the dossier it was based ENTIRELY on the false dossier paid for by the DNC.

So whose to blame here - the FBI/DOJ for providing weak and /or misleading info in a FISA warrant request, or the judges for not scrutinizing it and granting approval?
