So Qatar Frustrated Our Efforts to Arrest KSM in the Mid-90s

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (KSM) was the mastermind behind 9-11. FBI investigators (Pellegrino and Besheer) had tracked him to Qatar and knew he was behind the 1993 WTC bombing and the Bojinka plot. But Qatar refused to cooperate with us to arrest him and in fact tipped him off so he could get away.
Viewing is in-progress but this has been a interesting (History Channel) documentary thus far.
