don’t think that is how it works.
It’s exactly how it will work.
Standard state procedure for them to be sued to comply and certify by December 5. Or 47,000 votes will now be tossed out.
Which would result in two election outcomes flipping from the Republican candidate winning to the democrat candidate.

Try to focus. He responded to someone saying it was Dems in charge of elections. It’s, in fact, republicans who are mainly in charge of the elections in Arizona.

Makes sense. If the rest of the state was good with their elections and Cochise board failed to meet their duties and their election wasn't valid it wouldn't be counted.
Cochise i would assume is only certifying their results not weighing in on their thoughts on Maricopa county elections.

You must be so happy to have hobbs running that state

Maricopa County is Republican. 80% of its Board of Supervisors is Republican. All the election officials are Republican. Nearly all county attorneys are Republican.
What if i told you, that Republicans aren't unified like the left? What if i told you, that there is an acronym that describes establishment Republicans called RINO? What if i told you, that your gotcha attempt makes no sense in a world where America First and MAGA disagrees with the RINO agenda?

I seem to remember lsunurse yelling at me a while back because i told her masks don't work, the shots do nothing, and COVID was a scam.

The election deniers are certifiable insane. Reality is hard for those individuals to function in.
Transparency would eliminate all election deniability……..
People will always ask “what are you hiding?” when it appears that you are hiding.
What’s wrong with wanting elections to be transparent, free, and fair?

Why is there a vote to certify an election then?

In United States law, a ministerial act is a government action "performed according to legal authority, established procedures or instructions from a superior, without exercising any individual judgment."[1] It can be any act a functionary or bureaucrat performs in a prescribed manner, without exercising any individual judgment or discretion.[2] Under law, this would be classified under the rubric of public policy.
