And, your idea of better is allowing an outdated 1930's regulation gain more power in the today's time?

Constitution does that actually..
Pai isnt all bad. Hes wrong about NN but I hope his plans to promote broadband deployment in rural areas are a huge success. June 7 they are voting to remove tax burdens to create additional incentives for rural deployment.

the Interstate Commerce Clause was decided by the courts to allow for it.
Jesus, how fricking stupid are you? Seriously, you have no idea at all what you're discussing, but talk like you are repeating what you read in 120 characters.

In basic terms, the regulation makes ISPs keep their internet access free and impartial. Without it, there is the fear they could throttle traffic to their competitors' sites, block sites, steer traffic to certain sites, etc.
It's obviously more nuanced than that, but that's the gist of it.

Just one more plank to hammer into their more government, more regs platform.

Article I, Section 8, Clause 3
Its written in plain english. You dont have to like it to accept it.

It was a poor word choice. I didn't mean "free" as in no charge. I meant it as free and open. Equal access to all sites.

It's a good thing if you like barriers to competition for big tech companies.

Sometimes you just have to spell it out for some people.

I'd prefer it to just be added to the 1st amendment
Maybe that would stop facebook and twitter from censoring right wing individuals too. Zach would certainly be happy.
