Im no scholar regarding economics, but wouldnt that encourage businesses to get rid of citizens and hire illegals, not only at a cheaper wage but alleviating the need for the business to match medicare, SS, unemployment, etc., as well as local taxes.

Problem w/ allowing poor, illegal immigrants in the country w/ low skills & little to no education is many will be unemployed due to automation & of course on the public trough.
