Trump hasn't been "completely vindicated". He has one witness that said she didn't remember him being at Epstein's houses and said that she didn't have sex with him. It is definitely true though that there is no real evidence he did commit any crimes though as well.
There are definitely people on that list who have much more evidence of wrongdoing than Trump. That's why I said "most". There are about 100 people on the list and many are women celebrities so they are unlikely to have been having sex with underage girls for instance. Still it's a bad look for anyone to be on the list.
BTW the Hawking thing was literally an internet joke about the midgets. When you try to call someone out for spreading misinformation you might want to at least get something that obvious right.
