Here is what cali did....
They charged a "tax" to health care insurance providers" when these providers submitted for federal medicare/caid expenses they included the "tax". The feds reimbursed at 50% to the state. Cali then kept the 50% from the feds and reimbursed the "tax" to the health care insurance providers.
They then took those extra funds and provided health care to illegals.
If ever there was a RICO case this is it. Now other states have jumped on board.
Just step back from the trees for a moment and consider we have millions of anchor babies being born, probably 30 to 40 million illegals, when they use the local emergency room as a redi med......who do you think pays for it, the hospital??????????

Now consider the birth rates in certain States that are funded by Medicaid. Here in Texas it is 58%. What are the rates in blue states using the California Loophole?

The “Affordable Care Act” is doing exactly what it was designed to do. It was intended to ramp up the cost of private healthcare insurance to the point where middle class income families can no longer afford it. The goal of Obama and the deep state all along was to destroy private healthcare and usher in a single payer system.
