Nope. And just because child is born here that doesn't make their parents citizens. the kid can come back at 18 or the parents can drop the kid off at an orphanage.

This used to be policy on immigrants in the early 1900s

Doctors examined immigrants for disease and pregnancy and a positive result meant they got sent back unless they were married and the husband was in the U.S. The reasoning was pregnant women couldn’t work and without a husband they had no reason to be here
