Should a person's right to own a firearm be revoked if he makes online threats?

Same as a convicted felon that can get a gun off the street anytime, anywhere?

Evil people don’t adhere to laws.

Then why have any laws?

I know.

Should a persons free speech rights be taken if they prove to use speech in a dangerous manner?

No, but there should be consequences for death threats made online.

I agree. Why do you feel the punishment should involve a potentially unrelated right and not the one that was abused?

I never made my feelings known about the thread topic. It's a poll. Plus felons lose their gun rights, so this is already happening.

Yes but under republican policies which make it perfectly legal to sell guns to people so mentally ill that they cannot even manage their affairs, no rational restrictions will ever be put in place.

Considering it was just reported to the public last year that the cia and our ic has the capability of framing certain countries of hacking and planting info to make it appear of foul play I would venture to say hell no. A lot of people can compromise your social media and plant whatever they want.

No, but they should be committed to a mental institution until they are deemed safe to the general population. This would create quite a dilemma for the ACLU.

That's an absolute lie. All the law did was protect a person's right to due process.
