I'm taking the wife and youngest son to DC for the inauguration. We aren't planning on going to the actual inauguration but we are going to have a pretty decent spot for the parade.

Thinking this is a great idea!!! All the arbitrary things we celebrate, this has real value! Kicking arse, celebration, and intrinsic reflection for all of us to find our part/place to make this country GREAT AGAIN..

Sucks, I have watch from 0330 to 1830 with breaks overseeing transportation movement control with secret service on a base in DC while everyone else active duty is off since it's 98% reservists.

I'm going to find the oldest bottle of bourbon (under 100.00) money can buy and i'm going to tune in to CNN (while flipping back to MSNBC between commercials) all day. I'll probably smoke a brisket and work on some sides all day. I can't wait. T'will be a great day. #MAGA
