My stance is that race and culture should not be conflated.
Non-whites out-pacing whites in IQ is proof of this. This development happened with Western Culture adoption. Any race can do the same.
When I pointed out how this destroyed your conflation of race and culture, you tried to re-frame this just to some random thing in France (and if you knew anything about French culture, violent protests are heavily ingrained in French culture)

This is beyond mere rioting. You should watch the video. They're putting using home made flame throwers on old ladies faces. Attacking teachers and first responders and other lighter French students.

Just yesterday on the OT we were discussing how well Botswana was doing in Sub-Saharan Africa and how they were on the major incline.
Outside of war they're going to keep improving.
Kenya is starting to turn the corner.
Nigeria can. They've had struggles since 2014 or so but the good news is they didn't do what SSA have done post-independence when this happens and devolve into total war and chaos. Digging its economy out from the downslope of the development/deflation curve is a good sign.

Also if its happening everywhere then there is no need for mass migration. Western values are coming soon to a country near you. Just stay where you are. Before you know it your war-torn, disease stricken, debris and litter ridden, sub 70 IQ cultures will be vibrant, wealthy, high trust societies.

This is debateable. The western culture only survives until those who brought it leave. What is left is a poor facsimile. See post-colonial African nations. See much of Mexico(even though the Mextizos still run the show).
