I know. Numbers are always bull shite to liberals.
Sorry, not sorry you don't like the way Trump is implementing his fiduciary responsibility.

Asurob1 is mad about the debt going down.

The debt isn't going down.

The US Debt chart often has odd jumps. For example, from 12/31/15 to 12/29/16, it shows an increase of ~ 957 billion. From, 12/29/16 to 12/30/16 it jumped 98 billion.
So in one day it increased about 10% of the amount it increased in essentially entire year before so 36 times the average.
Now unless someone is aware of something that occured in 1 day, then the debt figures seem a little but wonky until one evaluates the entire year.

And then you guys can say it was actually Bush's fault. The buck never stops anymore apparently.
Wait, so because Obamacare supporters were wrong, you want to be wrong too?

Should be celebrated, yet you are upset that it happened under Trump.

I'm just wondering why the debt decreased at 2.6 times the daily rate in Obama's last 21 days in office. At that rate, it would be down 267 billion instead of 102 billion.

Read the 90proof post I linked last page. It's an illusion caused by Trump draining our cash on hand to create a talking point. Cash on hand has gone down twice as much as the debt figure.
Mnuchin told Congress that they need a debt ceiling increase by September. Think that happens if the debt decrease was real?

Don't worry. It's going back up.
Maybe if we could just hold it where it is, inflation will eventually take care of it.

If you play by Obama's rules we have to credit George W. Bush

It was an observation on the hypocrisy of both ends of the political spectrum.

How? No major changes made or significant legislation passed

By instituting common sense “Main Street” economic policies of: pro business, pro investment, pro manufacturing, expanded jobs growth, lowered regulation, enhanced energy development, enlarged exports and reductions in actual federal spending, President Trump has reversed the debt clock and eliminated $100 billion in debt.
MOTHERfrickING LMAO
It's going to be hilarious in a few months when the libs on here are criticizing Trump for wanting the debt ceiling increased, and Trumpkin lemmings all fall right in line arguing for why it needs to happen

You understand that has more to do with tax collections than cutting spending??
I want government smaller and spending less and I want my taxes to go down.

Projected deficit for this budget year is like $560 billion. Entire nondefense discretionary budget is like $630 billion. And debt outstanding is down like $100 billion.
In that other thread some clown was arguing that this totally real debt reduction was because agencies were spending less under Trump. It's not even possible they could save that much, even if entire agencies were shutting down. These mark-arse chumps will buy anything this joke of an administration pushes
