Serious question about the JFK Jr / Princess Diana group at Trump rallies

Let me start off by saying that I don't think these people represent Trump supporters overall or 90% of the posters on this board. But take this lady:

This lady is all in with Princess Diana being alive. She even talks about something called "Gematria" which seems to link up with the Q Anon nuts. And she talks about the Jackson Five singing "ABC, 123" as if it is prophetic.
Are people like her in significant numbers at Trump rallies / big events?
Are they just trolling everyone or do they really believe?
Do the rest of you find them annoying or make any effort to correct / mock them?

There are nuts in all political groups. Political groups need volunteers and crazy people have a lot of free time.
The difference with this group, and separately the Q group, is that they are more unified around a singular set of beliefs. That is why I am asking for a closer perspective.

Q people are weird. Q is complete B.S. I don't know what to say to those that still believe in this garbage. Do they still think "patriots are in control?" Do they still "trust the plan?"
