“Send Her Back” is a desired action, but truly more reflective of a theme/thought of total disgust with statements made by these four (4) congresswomen. Their politics and statements have no place on the American political landscape as they are anti American.

Theoretically, if she married her brother for citizenship that would be immigration fraud. Would definitely be grounds for deportation if that proves to be true.
If digging into trump’s financial records are fair game, then I’d have to assume that Minnesota’s civilian records are fair game as well.

He can't because she's a US citizen. But if prosecutors pursue a case against her for the sham marriage to her brother, then she can be charged with immigration fraud and possibly have her brother/ex-husband's citizenship revoked for having used fraud to obtain his citizenship.
