James Comey was a law enforcement officer not a prosecutor, law enforcement’s mandate is to conduct a thourough honest investigation and present that evidence to prosecutors.

Unfrickingbelievable. Of all the lies in that bullshite statement, this one summed up all of them.

What I can assure the American people is that this investigation was done competently, honestly, and independently. No outsideinfluence of any kind was brought to bear.

EVERYBODY got to call themselves her "lawyers".
NO taped testimony
free rein to destroy evidence
tailoring a bullshite exoneration MONTHS in advance
tarmack meeting unquestioned
Yep, they just scoured every single nook and cranny of evidence trying tremendously hard to find any crime.

Anyone who has been part of an investigation would zero in on the term "gross negligence". That's a fricking hot term that they danced around, and is the BIGGEST edit by far.

Often times law enforcement changes the language if there was no crime. Perfectly understandable that the State Dept had been run poorly long before Sec of State Clinton.

Correct. If he calls it gross negligence but he really truly doesn’t think she committed a crime, and a bunch of people die because of her act/omission, what are the ramifications. US Government at fault for wrongful death.
