The grip that those who came before us couldn’t solve every problem ever (including those that they couldn’t even envision 250 years from then) so therefore they aren’t legitimate has over the minds of so many is a poison that needs to be cured.

a perfect example of how the Left can't implement its policy the proper way (in this instance, amending the Constitution) and instead had to rely on courts to implement their agenda. then after this judicial activism, they pretend it's established a norm.
