We’ve been arguing this entire time about the federal judges having the ability to impact executive power. I didn’t say HE WOULD. I said would be able to/could. We literally just talked about the issue of partisan judges.

Not necessarily. They're just eaten up with TDS. They do need to be disbarred, though, and this country needs to evaluate judge appointments and elections for any and all courts lower than the Supreme Court.
