Why would you assume I’m a grown man?
Posted on 2/8/25 at 8:02 pm to the808bass
LSU sports site. An assumption based off probability.

As I said your argument is a crock of shite, and Biden and Obama did exactly what they wanted. That why we are here today so do us all a favor and keep your mouth shut numbnuts

You are arguing that any judge in the country can stop the President (Executive branch) from running the government by making a ruling from the bench without any input or testimony or evidence from the Executive branch.
Don't get upset when people disagree.

I’m not arguing anything… it’s literally a fact that they can LOL they do it to Dems and GOP. We can disagree on if they should be able to, who cares. They can…

ell clearly the Administrative Procedures Act LOL
How? Be specific. You’re wrong but I want to see the mental gymnastics you’re gonna do
Posted on 2/9/25 at 10:46 am to memphisplaya
Again, you’re telling me to be specific as if I am the one that filed it LOL that’s the law outlined in the actual filing amongst others. Take it up with the almost 20 AGs that felt that way. Now I’m wrong and gotta be specific for pointing out a fact that’s available in these legal documents, then it’s mental gymnastics. Not very playa of you. Might need to change your name
Posted on 2/9/25 at 10:54 am to BlueTiger23
Tell the judge to pound sand. You have a ruling from another court. SDNY has no standing.
Posted on 2/9/25 at 10:56 am to antibarner
You tell em, yall mad at me for literally stating what was on the paper LOL clearly they believe that they have something so it doesn’t matter what we think or feel. The hearing is coming up anyways

So you admit you don't even understand what you are arguing about.

20 AGs from exactly where? Is there even 1 from a red state?
If it was legitimate there would be bipartisan support but it's not even close and you prove it yourself that it's politically motivated and not based in reality.

You can’t help doubling down on frickin stupid can you

You don’t even know what’s in the documents.

Don’t understand how you drew that up but ya know what, you’re right. I concede. And saying they aren’t from a red state does nothing for this because it happens vice versa all the time lol you can’t pick and choose when to pull that card. Red states AGs filed suits against Biden. Based on your logic of legitimacy and the over arching sentiments on this board, how can bipartisanism bring legitimacy when BIPARTISAN support including first term Trump added funding to the “all corrupt” USAID that y’all have been marching about. Bipartisan support is only legitimate when some of you feel like it is. Also, two of the AGs are from Wisconsin and North Carolina, states that President Trump won.
