Booker and friends are full of shite. "I wouldn't hire an intern if I only had 90% of his resume." The documents from a 4 year timespan for a job that is completely different than his current one is 90% of a resume that you'd care about? FFS he's been on the 9th circuit for over 12 years.
I'd say you are a shitty hiring manager if you are more concerned about experience that has nothing to do with the job being applied for, than the many more years of experience that's directly related to the job applied for. This faux outrage is infuriating.
