-Once again...two months in and you expect it done already? He didn't repeal old one so it got stopped. It's in progress so how can you say NOPE? He should have repealed and replaced like was promised and it would have gone through and it would have been a YEP!

-This is stupid....he is trying, but judges and former Obama lawyers are distorting what is legal on a state level and stopping the Executive orders.
If Washington would get out of his way, he'd be much further along.
