You think republicans only have installed impartial judges with no agenda behind their choices? You can’t be that fricking clueless. Both sides are trying to stack the courts in their favor. That’s been the case since the beginning.

Here we have another dishonest prick.
How come when there is a question about what SCOTUS will decide on a case the question swirls around what REPUBLICAN Justices will decide?
because there is ALMOST NEVER a question about what democrat justices will decide
The GOP appoints all kinds of judges.
The democrats ONLY appoint partisan hacks.

I guess we’re going to ignore the massive influence the Heritage foundation and Federalist Society has over judicial nominees. Definitely no prebaked agendas there!
The only reason there’s any debate on how recent picks decide is because of the absolute unprecedented lunacy in the policies coming out of Trump’s White House.

This is not the counterpoint you think it is. Are republican judges partial to conservative perspectives on law? Sure. Do they engage in sweeping, wholesale obstruction of any and all democrat presidential actions?
No. They simply haven’t.
No. They simply haven’t.

We have another idiot in the house.
Constitutionalist judges tend to be Conservative and stick to what most reasonable people consider to be Original Intent.
Progressive Judges believe the Constitution is a Living and Breathing document that can change on a whim from them. It should not work that way.
Capiche??? You and Mickey.

Interesting. Do you know where it says that? I know scripture talks about light exposing darkness. Maybe that is what you’re referring?
