Pay your dues. This is work hazing. Get over it and learn from your betters that have been in the industry longer than you.

Millenials and Gen Zers have no respect for who they report to, bc they weren't taught to. Don't respect their parents, authority, or higher ups. They expect everything to come easily or be handed to them.

It's just the way it is.

Let me know when Boomers are denied civil rights and lynched for looking at young people the wrong way. Clown post bro.

You might not be the problem but I am for sure the solution. I would not have to fire you because I would never hire you. You just can't cut it. No discipline, no work ethic, want to be a VP in 5 years. I've seen your type crash and burn for the past 10 years.

Boomers don't claim any of this,

Of course they do. Who else is complaining? It isn’t Gen X.

they are in the old folks home or dead.

You really are a moron. Baby boomers are 1946-64. The oldest is mid 70s.

How fricking stupid are Millennials that they think Boomers are 40 years old?

Not as stupid as you. Who can’t read.

That's pushing the boundaries but technically correct.

No it’s not. It’s 64-1980.

Gen X is predominately seen as someone who GREW UP in the 80's and therefore was born in the 70's...not graduating H.S. when Breakfast Club came out.

Jfc. You say the dumbest shite.

And it makes sense that Gen Z is saying this. Just look at College Campuses; they feel more entitled and special than Millen

All authority is meant to be questioned. It’s how things improve. I’m just trying to do my job. As to this notion that we expect things to be handed to us, I’m not sure where that came from. We’re having to work harder, longer hours to make ends meet because Boomers destroyed the value of the dollar and crashed the housing market.

If your turnover rate is as high as I’m sure it is, I’d leave for greener pastures before it got to that point. No way I’d give a tool like you the satisfaction.

Hate to burst your bubble, kiddo, but Gen X-ers and Millenials that took out loans they couldn't afford crashed the housing market.

When I’m in the workplace, I don’t view some crusty old Boomer as my parent. You’re my coworker. I don’t have to respect you.

Then why the frick did you bring up a slur whose potency has to do with lynchings and denial of civil rights as equivalent to Boomer if you didn't want to talk about it? Jesus Christ man.

While that is somewhat true, housing laws dating back to the 1970s precipitated the crash. It wasn’t one specific thing. It was a general carelessness with money that people (Boomers) had in the 1980s and 1990s that rapidly deteriorated our financial institutions.

Generalization but there were articles the last 10-20 years of employers complaining that M's were the worst employees because they expected immediate success, thought they were special and didn't understand why they weren't President of the company at 25.

And then if their employers chastised them for poor work performance, they called their parents to complain and said they couldn't work for Nazis.

The American workplace has never been more friendly or generous than it is today. If you can't handle working in today's climate, you have problems. Try working 6 days a week in a sweatshop 12 hours a day in the 1930's.

I told the smart asses on here weeks ago use that lame Okay Boomer while you can because the PC environment will make it a slur against folks over 55.....you have to love the SJW/PC world we’re living in. For what it’s worth you can still call me a Boomer, I don’t mind at all.
