Are you talking about subverting election law via unilateral emergency pandemic powers on the eve of a presidential election? Agreed.

Oh. So long standing election law established by duly elected representatives isn't part of the election process.

Now I know not to take you seriously.

Wait... I already knew that. Carry on.

You didn't know that executive power is also part of the process?

I won't say I'm surprised.

Then I guess you should stop wasting your time here and let the Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, and Wisconsin courts and legislatures know they are fricking this thing all up?

Nope, but at that point you're left to simply complain that the buyer is an idiot.

If the point is only that the electorate is full of stupid people, I'd agree. But, that isn't limited to Democrats or 2020.

If the point is that the election was stolen and the outcome should be reversed, it's incorrect.

That's part of the process too, turns out.

As soon as those states put Trump in office, you'll have a point.

Would be faster to start with 81,000,000 and work our way down.

Not really.

An unconstitutional act committed, then exposed by the courts before being remedied for constituents by the legislature going forward is only part of a process that corrects injustice. The unconstitutional act itself is only part of a process of corruption.

But legal and constitutional processes become harder to flesh out when intellectual leaders like Sam Harris justify tyranny in the pursuit of his own worldview, and do so in a highly politicized, two-tiered justice system.

Sure. Doing it 81+ million times is also pretty fricking bad.
You can't possibly believe over 81M people voted for Biden. There are two categories of people who say that Biden got that many:
1. fricking idiots
2. Cowards who take the path of least resistance

Biden got those votes, but it wasn't because of Biden.

Lack of political courage does not a case make.

Biden isnt going anywhere, but that doesnt erase the injustices that helped put him there.

Disliking the process and then changing it does not mean the election was stolen. That isn't how it works.
