No. She was dialed in and both asking and conceding points to other justices. She and Kagan are usually pretty vocal. The issue was punitive damages in maritime actions. She does tend to favor the plaintiff's bar, so I don't agree with her on any of that stuff. My interest was in the maritime defendant's position in that case. My guess is that the industry position, which I favor, will win 5-4 and Ginsberg will vote in the 4.
