What’s the Rochester Police policy on use of force and minors?

Parents failed this kid(where have we seen this before). Now it's the cop's fault.

They should not have pepper-sprayed or cuffed her. What exactly do you do with a bad arse kid, that can't be controlled? Tase her!

Doesn't that require a veterinarian?

My daughter is 9. She is not a threat to a grown man.

Thank You. And that fricking officer should be terminated immediately. When you pepper spray a HANDCUFFED 9 YEAR OLD girl, you have serious issues and do not deserve to wear a badge. But you're gonna have the bootlickers in here saying otherwise.

Cuffing her is one thing but pepper spraying her too? She's 9 vs a full grown adult man. Pick her up and physically out her in the back of the car. The cops fricked up here.

You don't have any kids do you?

I do, but I'd never need to call the cops on mine, so I'm not sure that's a good measure to use here.

Sounds like they did control her.

Why are you sure this was an option?

The kid isn't the problem in this story. She's probably the best of the bunch.
