he also totally missed jump kick man
but then again... that's a very reasonable miss

so for those asking about the whole "dismissal with prejudice" thing that happened at the end...
looking back at the video... it looks like just a normal procedural thing following an acquittal
the judge gave the floor to Richards... who made the motion to dismiss based on the jury's verdict... the state (Binger) did not object citing the jury's verdict and the judge dismissed the charges with prejudice so that it can't be retried on double jeopardy grounds
ETA: in other words... it wasn't something special the judge did at the end due to the prosecution's possible misconduct during the trial... this was a regular, run of the mill thing

Not killing Unicep was the best thing he did. His testimony made it impossible to convict Kyle.
If he's dead the jury does get to hear, from Unicep's own mouth, that he pointed his gun at Kyle before being shot.

Great decision! Happy for this young man.

Lol Huber gf just said he was fricked by the system lol
I didn’t see that one but I saw her, Hannah Gittings, giving a statement surrounded by BLM protestors. Standing there white as can be, flanked by two black men, talking about her lily white boyfriend, she says “We know that this system is a failure” and they’re all nodding in agreement.
Then she says, “We know that this system doesn’t serve people like us...”
The black guys stop nodding and you can see for just a split second that they all realize... This white person talking about the other white person that shot 3 other white people in self defense and they’re all trying to make it a racial issue but the “people like us” thing doesn’t fit. She realizes what she’s said and tries to redirect about “anybody not directly involved in the system” which makes even less sense so she rambles off on a different tangent.

That was comical but it shows the disconnect in the messaging of the left.

I seriously doubt this happens. He will very likely sue some media folks, but not Biden.
If he were to sue Biden, we all know damn well he would then sick Garland and the DoJ after Kyle with bullshite federal charges
This is likely why DOJ will tell Nadler to get fricked.

They literally wouldn’t be able to verbalize the ambiguous reason they would be “protesting” the system.

Kariann Swart, the dead pedo’s girlfriend speaks at the BLM gathering too and she leads off with talking about how if the lives of the two men killed don’t matter, then none of their lives matter, so “either all of our lives matter or none of them matter.”
BLM handed this white woman a microphone and she says “All Lives Matter”
Your protest is going great. Clear messaging, keep up the great work!

And normally I agree with "All Lives Matter", but having trouble summoning the tears for Pedo Manlet and Sk8tr Corpse.
Sorry, not sorry.

I believe that's incoming already.

If Federal charges are filed, I wonder if Rekieta and company might be willing to take up the cause pro bono or at least at a discount. Just a thought...

Malicious prosecution, much?

Rittenhouse Day 4 of deliberation: Not Guilty on all counts
My faith in the justice system of this country had been shaken recently, but this correct verdict has helped stabilize it.
quote:
He is Free!!!
Good for him. He is not guilty of murder and he was acting in self-defense. However, he was a dumbarse for putting himself in that position in the first place (especially being younger than 18 at the time). Of course, being a dumbarse is not a crime so I am very happy with this verdict.
ETA: I just watched the video of the verdict being read. Does anyone know if the chick in the glasses in the second row is a family member or friend of Rittenhouse or a member of the media. I would assume family/friend since she is sitting just behind the defendant in which case her reaction would be appropriate. If she is a member of the media then her reaction is inappropriate and will make a glorious crying liberal gif.
