Collins is my probably correct but the danger of this entire process is there is no remedy for CITIZENS if Nadler is wrong. Collins is just “making a record” for purposes of the trial to Senate.

That said - it’s fricking stupid of Nadless/Pelosi/andPOSchiff to refuse to hold these hearings. The Senate is NOT going to remove the President. PLUS the Senate Trial would be a fricking disaster for the Democrats who have already shown all their cards. It’s not like they have new evidence and the evidence we’ve already seen hasnt blown up in their face.

The only purpose of this shite show is that the Democrats are such morons that they believe running whatever communist they nominate against an “impeached” President helps them win the 2020 election.

By ignoring Collins request I could foresee the whole Impeachment being outright dismissed (and thus nullified) by the Senate itself (after listening to these GOP witnesses if they are harmful enough to the Ds ridiculous case), or theoretically Justice Roberts AFTER THE TRIAL on the basis of the lack of this hearing alone.

IOW - when Nadless simply ignores the letter, and Pelosi forces a vote, the jurisdiction of the House of R is gone. The Senate/Justice Roberts could probably dismiss the whole damn impeachment, and Trump’s “impeachment” is dismissed, nullified and gone.

God this shite show makes me furious- and the only thing calming me is that the Democrats are so insane they have failed to consider how badly this WILL go for them.

PS I hope Adam Schiff is expelled from the House for subpoenaing Rudy’s Phone Records.
