Carter.
Best president of my lifetime.
You've got to be trolling.
He's pretty much been universally regarded as a below average POTUS by political scientists and historians since he left office.

Jimmy Carter. He'll go down in history as a terrible president but also as one of the kindest and most generous people who ever lived.
That depends on who you ask.

Reagan 0/10. Militarized the police, tripled the National debt, increased government spending by 65%, released the bullshite “A Nation at Risk” propaganda that started “school reform” initiatives that have undermined public education in this country, doubled the country’s prison population despite declining crime rates, etc etc.
So you're very against big government spending, are you?

Ike ... great man.
Tried desperately to expose the Military Industrial Complex. He slashed the U.S. post WWII spending spree thus cutting federal deficits by 90% during his two terms. He ended Stevenson's push for isolationism and threatened to nuke China while telling them to pound sand. He warned us that they were our future worst enemy and devoid of caring for human or canine life. He despised Henry Kissenger. He told Nixon to never trust China. He fought hard to stop the spread of communism and, for the most part, succeeded.
8 outta 10 only exceeded by Reagan.
