I hope that this is just some guy on X pranking the media who do not have access to the briefing room just to see them run with it.
They deserve it.
Otherwise, I'd guess it isn't a coincidence this is a couple days after Machado escaped VZ.
Sooner or later this will go down like the AUC in Columbia where the cartels kill Maduro themselves to both simultaneously put a new paper-tiger in his place and co-opt his newly formed 'militia' which are simply cartel soldiers in mall security guard uniforms.
The bloodletting in Caracas will be quite a site to behold. Regular people vs. cartel soldiers in FISH combat while the leaders, all of get paralyzed due to not having control of any of it.
They deserve it.
