If DACA kids are going to stay here anyway (they are), why not REDUCE legal immigration by including legalized DACA kids as part of the already 1m+/year immigrant quote we have? Makes pretty good sense.
And Rand was very clear that he was opposed to the overarching concept of using "emergency powers" by the executive, not that he opposed building the border wall.

I'm always amazed at the big gov't Republicans that look to solve the immigration problem with less freedom and more gov't. I was told for the last four years that eliminating or reducing the welfare state was not an achievable goal so we should then we should spend billions on a wall. I hate Republicans.
