You might be right. One day everyone will find out. If a Christian is wrong, they lived a good life but missed on some debauchery. If a non-believer is wrong, likely gonna get quite hot for them. Make your choices, do what you want to do and live with the outcome. Then there will be no one to blame but you.

What if you live a good life and don’t accept Jesus vs being a pedophile that does?

How forgiving are we talking here?

Living a good life includes seeking God through Jesus Christ. God is not pleased by good actions performed by those who hate Him.

However, it is still better for the wicked to do as many outward acts of obedience as they can, since it will be better to have even one less sin to be condemned for.

vs being a pedophile that does?
If someone is truly trusting in Jesus, then it is because they are changed by God to do so, and their desires will change, too. If someone claims to be a Christian but continues to practice sin (pedophilia), then that is an evidence they are not truly saved and forgiven in the first place, and they need to go to the cross of Jesus Christ and plead for mercy and forgiveness.

There is hope for everyone, including you. The Apostle Paul contributed to the persecution of Christians yet God showed him mercy and saved and forgave him.

You can be forgiven if you turn away from your sins against God and trust in Jesus Christ by faith.
