We may have had an Asian doctor that cured cancer by now but Harvard turned them away so Shaquita could major in BLM race baiting.

Public schools can't racially discriminate...meaning, racial factors can't be defining admissions criteria. But Harvard can allow it.
Which is why UCLA is like 32% Asian (they have the best resumes and test scores). 26% White, 21% Hispanic and 4% Black.
California public schools demographics show mostly merit based admissions and reality and Asians have a gripe against Harvard if they aren't remotely close to what schools like UCLA have.

Asians are the minority SJWs don't like white people to bring up when discussing racial disparity. They do better than whites in this country by nearly every metric, but white people never complain about how they make more money, get loans easier, etc.

They can, they can use at as an important criteria for diversity. They just can't use it as the only criteria. Quotas.
